When you register for a trade account, we collect:
- Full name
- Business name
- Business address
- Eircode
- Email address
- Phone number
- Garage code
- Password (stored in encrypted form — we cannot read your password)
Business name, address and Eircode are required so we can verify that you are a genuine motor trader before approving trade pricing access.
Usage Data (approved trade accounts)
When you are logged in with an approved trade account, we keep a record of how that account is used on our site. That can include pages and vehicles viewed, general activity on the account, and sign-in activity. We use this for our own trade operations and to help protect the service. We do not collect this from logged-out visitors, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
